Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pageflow ("we", "us") for using the Pageflow website builder, the sites you publish with it and our related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give accurate details.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password safe and tell us at support@pageflow.dev.xandalabs.com if you think someone else has used it.
  • A workspace owner controls the workspace, its websites, members and billing. Members act on the owner's behalf.

Your content

  • You own the text, images, forms and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us a licence to host, copy, render, cache and display it only so we can run the Service, including through our hosting and content delivery partners.
  • You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and that it follows the acceptable use rules.
  • Content written or images generated by our AI features are yours to use. Check them before publishing: AI can make mistakes.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • collect passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card details while pretending to be a bank, mobile money provider, government body or any other organisation (phishing);
  • impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who runs a site;
  • sell or promote illegal goods or services, run scams, pyramid schemes or unlicensed financial services;
  • publish malware, content that sexualises children, incites violence or hatred, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • send spam, attack, overload or probe the Service or other people's systems.

We scan pages for phishing when you publish and act on reports from the public (report abuse). We may block a publish, take a site down or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

Plans, payments and cancellation

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars; Mobile Money payments are charged in Uganda shillings at the day's exchange rate.
  • Upgrades take effect at once and are charged pro rata. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
  • If a renewal fails we retry for 7 days. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan: sites above the Free limits become read-only and custom domains stop serving until you upgrade again.
  • Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires them.

Free plan

Free sites show a "Made with Pageflow" badge and have the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change Free plan limits with 30 days' notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan we will give you notice and a pro-rata refund if you cancel.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. Your published sites go offline and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
