Reporting abuse#

Every site hosted on Pageflow has a Report abuse link at the bottom of the page. Use it, or the report form, to tell us about a site that:

• asks for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card details while pretending to be a bank, mobile money provider or other organisation;
• runs a scam, impersonates someone or sells illegal goods;
• spreads malware or illegal content.

Include the site's address and what you saw. Leave your email if you're happy for us to ask follow-up questions.

What happens next#

• Phishing and malware reports are reviewed within 4 hours, around the clock.
• Other reports are reviewed within 2 business days.

If a site breaks our Terms we take it offline and may suspend the account behind it.

If you've already entered a PIN or password on a suspicious site, contact your bank or mobile money provider straight away.
